Needle & Thread or Fabric Glue
A Ruler & Writing Utensil
Scissors
Sewing Pins
Ribbon
An Iron
Fabric

Steps:
Step 1: Cut Fabric to Size
Step 2: Connect Outside Edges
Step 3: Create & Connect Jacket Sleeves
Step 4: Connect Border
Step 5: Add Ribbon Placeholder
