Balloons
Scissors
Craft Glue
Corn Starch
Petroleum Jelly
Rubber Gloves / Paintbrushes
Bowl & Whisk
A Needle
Workstation / Tarp

Steps:
Step 1: Blow Up Balloons
Step 2: Hang Balloons
Step 3: Add Petroleum Jelly
Step 4: Create Glue Mixture
Step 5: Glue Yarn to Balloons
Step 6: Let Mixture Dry
Step 7: Deflate Your Balloon
