Once you have decided on a location it is important to install your duct line to the outside before closing your walls. With a little help from the drill and reciprocator this can be achieved quite easily.
After the ceiling is finished we cut out the hole for the fan, install any additional bracing for the support and insert the fan housing. this model of fan allows the ducting to be installed from inside the room after the housing is installed. The only trick left is to connect the electrical. In most houses the black and white wires connect to their own color respectively.
The only thing left to do is insert the fan motor and secure it in place. plug in the power cord from the motor to the housing receptacle and close the grill cover.
This model is a 1 Sonne so it is super quiet and very affordable.
I hope this helps. Cheers!
